They are looking for their next "Manager: Customer Journey Architect", based in Johannesburg.
The ideal candidate has experience in:
- Business Analytics Management
- Business Process Flow Management
- Customer Experience
- Business Development
- Continuous Improvement
And with a degree in either of the following:
- Industrial Engineering
- Information Systems
- Computer Science
- Chemical Engineering
The role will manage an existing team of 6, and lead and direct the innovation and improvements in business processes, SOPs, and business rules.
