Due to continued success and exciting growth plans we are looking for an experienced Learning and Development Business Partner with a Recruitment and L&D background to join our Learning and Development team in London. Xcede is one of the fastest growing digital recruitment companies in Europe. The purpose of this role is to deliver our Graduate training programme (The Xcede Graduate Academy) to Graduate cohorts throughout the year. You will be responsible for the full planning, co-ordination and scheduling of the programme as well as the primary resource for delivery.

Break Down of time
80% - Focused on delivering and programme coordinating the Xcede Graduate Academy (this includes overseeing the onboarding process for all new starters)
10% - Manage relationships and co-ordinate training with Suppliers from the Apprenticeship Levy for experienced Consultant Development.
10% - Attending Graduate Career Fairs/other events to promote the Xcede Academy.

Key responsibilities:
Work closely with the Graduate TA Specialist and TA team to ensure Graduate intakes are planned on a quarter by quarter basis throughout the year.

For each quarterly intake, plan out and schedule the modular training programme (anticipated to be 4-6 weeks intensive training followed by 10 months of refresher courses and other skills based learning). This includes booking all training sessions and resources, invites and schedules to Managers, training material and guides and Line Manager briefing sessions.

Manage all aspects of onboarding from the onboarding checklist through to the 1st week onboarding training (HR, Systems, online content, Social media, Induction guides). This includes liaising with HR and Ops for a smooth starter experience, running training sessions as per the onboarding schedule and booking in all other training and support as necessary.

Be an expert in and deliver the soft skills and sales training modules to the Graduates, ensuring high quality of training and application of theory.

Work with the Line Managers to set up all practical on desk sessions and ensure all Grads are aware of key KPI's and metrics.

Manage a pool of experts in the business and ensure they deliver "expertise" sessions when needed, this includes; Itris, other systems and business tools training and Social media training such as linked in.

Ensure every Grad has a buddy allocated and set up the relationship effectively this includes Buddy briefing sessions where needed.

Meet all Line Managers weekly as to give feedback and identify any challenges and agree plans as necessary.

Support (when possible) and attend Graduate careers fairs as to promote the Graduate Academy.

Work with People Director to identify and manage external suppliers (using apprenticeship levy funds) to run Consultant training and Senior Consultant Development.

Desired skills:
* Previous experience in Sales Training/L&D from a recruitment background
* Experience onboarding and delivering blended learning to Graduate Recruitment Consultants
* Keen interest in developing others
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Adaptable delivery style to suit different audiences
* Proven ability to master the full training cycle
* Mentoring or coaching experience is beneficial
* Familiarity with Learning Management Software
