You'll be leading on a project to elevate their customer experience focusing on the journey to checkout and beyond, considering the delivery and returns processes to ensure they're delivering a best-in-class experience. The majority of the research is qualitative and engaging with their existing customer base as well as competitor analysis to generate insights which will guide strategy. You'll be a real innovator in the field and love to get under the skin of problems leading from the front and supporting more junior members of the team.
Working closely with internal stakeholders as well as the wider design and research team so professionalism and clear communications are essential.
The ideal candidate:
*Will have extensive eCommerce experience, focused on the transactional journey.
*Marketplace experience is preferred.
*Strong methodologies and storytelling ability.
*Qualitative and quantitative methods.
*Availability to start the project within a month.
