Lead ServiceNow ServiceNow Business Analyst / Process Consultant required to join a the leading company in digital transformation based in the UK. Experience of the ITSM suite of ServiceNow is a prerequisite, as is a familiarity and appreciation of wider offerings including ITOM, ITBM, GRC, and SecOps.
In this role, you would be responsible for delivering ITSM best practices, running user workshops, and engaging with stakeholders. Previous experience process definition, documentation creation, and requirements gathering is a must, as is proven experience of being able to challenge, guide, and influence customers when necessary.

You will be involved in a range of ServiceNow implementation projects, both working as part of a team and, when-required, individually. Depending on the scope and scale of the project you will be responsible for specific module development or an end-to-end implementation, from initial scoping and advising customers on potential solutions, through delivery, and into training and hand-over to internal teams. It's also worth noting that additional will be training provided as required.
The successful candidate will already have a broad appreciation of ITSM tools and ITIL fundamentals; with hands on development experience in ServiceNow, preferably with specialist consultancy experience within the ServiceNow eco-system. Strong communication skills are required, as is the ability to come across credible and knowledgeable in front of clients. Ideally, you will have previously worked on multiple implementations of the ServiceNow platform with various clients, although this is not crucial. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with ServiceNow development expertise to join a really strong team of consultants and developers, who are incredibly well-respected within the space.
