Xcede's data team are working with a large E-Commerce company and are looking to hire a Data Scientist - Customers. This company are the largest within their market, and are looking for a data scientist who has a focus on customers and marketing to join their already established data team.

This is a company that despite its success, still has the environment of a start-up, with a very relaxed feel to it. The company now has presence in the UK, Australia and the US so has an ever increasingly large customer database. This is a role, for any analyst that wants to take a lead within a team, and has very strong customer insight experience.

The role;
-Lead analytics and data science techniques focusing on customers and CRM
-Optimise and analyse marketing strategy in order to increase customer engagement
-Take customer insight analysts to the next level
-Work closely with a variety of senior stakeholders for customer marketing insight
-Build models, customer segments and analysis to increase customer retention

What do you need?
-Strong SQL skills
-Skilled in data science techniques especially Python or R
-Knowledge of CRM, or customer targeting
-Experience in a data visualisation tool (Tableau, Looker, Qlikview or Power BI)
-Experience in a commercial environment
