Lead Data Architect

Type - Perm
Salary - Up to £90,000 + 30% bonus (variable)
Location - London

Xcede are proud to be partnering with a highly esteemed global investment firm who are expanding their Architecture team who are keen on deploying the best data strategies to attain new business and value for their customers!

It is the ideal role for a prospecting senior or lead Data Architect who is enthusiastic about working within a global team and is looking for responsibility in key data strategies and business decisions i.e. data roadmaps.

The successful candidate should have a very good understanding of data processes (data engineer or data architect) and a solid background in data constructs (modelling, integration, reporting). Also, good to have is experience with c-suite leadership, cloud platforms and communication skills.

*Python, SQL
*Data Modelling
*Data Integration
*Data Reporting
*AWS, GCP, Azure
*Leadership skills
*Data engineering or architecture experience
*Data Lake / Data Warehousing


The Role (all levels):

*Deploying architecture strategies to support business

*Engagement with other data teams, to create top-end data services

*Take on Infrastructure projects in a DevOps manner

*Engagement with stakeholders and key decision makers in the business, discussing solutions, suggesting alternative routes, feasibility of technical tasks and sharing expertise

*Take a lead in complex business challenges and orchestrating solutions

*Working closely with a team of data professionals, offering guidance and advice
