I am working on behalf of a based in Central London who are looking for a Lead Data Analyst to analyse high volumes of data related to website, performance, customer shopping behaviour and digital marketing campaigns.
*Ability to take ownership of the trading, customer and marketing reports
*Continue to develop the daily, weekly & monthly dashboards
*Use SQL to run and develop the weekly reports from the Data Warehouse.
*Take vast amounts of data in raw formats and translate into a digestible information for actionable strategies.
*Work with website analytical tools such as Google Analytics and develop the implementation of Google Analytics to increase on-site and customer insight.
*Support the wider digital team on scoping and executing pieces of analysis and reporting including activities such as campaign analysis, multivariate testing and channel specific reports.
*Providing insight into website performance
*Providing analysis around customer behaviour and lifecycle, product performance and conversions, promotion impact, industry & competitor trends and customer cohort analysis.
*You must have experience across Google Analytics, BAU Data Reports, Web Analytics and SQL
*Experience with data visualisations tools e.g. Tableau or Looker.
*Must have excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.
*Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
*A high-level understanding of data governance, privacy and security issue.
*Good stakeholder management experience
