Xcede are currently working with a top fintech & software company in Berlin, who help users file, manage and reclaim taxes via their app and website. They've managed to recover +$1billion for their customers and they're looking to grow their team with a (Lead) CRM Data Analyst.
Your responsibilities will be Lifecycle & CRM marketing optimisation through data-informed insights; optimising campaigns; educating your stakeholders on the usage of data and help them to become more data fluent.
Experience with CRM Analytics and Campaign Analytics would be preferred. Having strong SQL, Python (or R) statistical packages (Pandas, NumPy, etc.), data Visualisation (Tableau, Looker, etc.) skills would be required. If you understand Segmentation or Propensity modelling this would be a bonus. Using these skills combined with good communication will allow you to effectively propel your vision for the team.
