Xcede are working with an international marketing business based in London who are looking for a talented and passionate Jr CRM Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will supervise the Group's CRM systems, its CRM-related processes and integrations and provide 1st/2nd line support to end users, along with assisting managing all systems integrated with CRM. You will also support the application development team throughout project lifecycles from deployment to providing training and monitoring usage.
In addition to this, you will be tasked to investigate and resolve data quality issues in the CRM application. You will also be expected to take lead in preventing data quality issues by identifying frequent user errors, coordinating regular data cleansing initiatives and working with business units to strengthen user competence and policy implementation.
*Min 6 months experience in supporting a CRM system
*Exceptional customer service and people skills
*A degree in Business Administration, Management of Information Systems or Computer Science is a plus but not a must
