Insight Analyst (SQL / CRM / Campaign / Modelling) required by my client an eCommerce brand based in central London to help them with CRM and digital marketing analytics

This is a 6 month contract based in central London paying around £400/day (negotiable)

As this brand go through a period of growth moving into new territories and expanding the business as a whole they are looking for a Marketing Analyst with strong SQL skills to come on board and work on CRM and digital marketing analytics (post-campaign analysis, analysing trends over time, ROI & true incremental business/commercial impact). They ideally need someone who has a background in marketing analytics within an eCommerce or online brand to maintain weekly/monthly dashboards for Customer Engagement and develop & prototype reporting dashboards for standard campaign analysis in collaboration with key stakeholders in the business

Key responsibilities
- Maintain weekly/monthly dashboards for Customer Engagement
- Develop & prototype reporting dashboards for standard campaign analysis
- Run regular reporting of non-standard CRM campaigns
- Propose framework for AB testing new campaign types and/or combination
- Customer data validation, reporting and analysis
- Customer behaviour modelling, framework development (cohort modelling, segmentation, behaviour analysis)
- Querying and analysing data, identifying trends and gaps, making recommendations, and supporting the improvement of the customer experience through customer insights

Knowledge & Experience
- Ecommerce/online background is a must-have
- CRM analytics background of some sort preferable (post-campaign analysis, segmentations, behaviour analysis)
- Testing (MVT, A/B etc)
Skills:
- Excellent SQL
- Excellent Excel/ppt
- Web analytics tools a plus but not a requirement
- Python (or any other modelling tool) a plus but not requirement
- Tableau a plus but not must-have
