This award-winning advertising agency are looking for an experienced Insight Analyst to join them and work on one of their most exciting accounts for a period of 3 months, with the opportunity of returning for a future assignment later this year.
* Working with the Customer Experience (CX) team, supporting the development of customer experience strategy for various brands
* Tasked with uncovering customer, market and product truths; synthesising, augmenting and commissioning research
* Responsible for weaving and sequencing insights into coherent presentations that tell compelling stories
* Overlaying data from media agencies, web analytics, search, e-commerce, desk research and social listening
* Significant track record of delivering quantitative insight, ideally for a renowned agency within the advertising/creative space
* Experienced with various with social listening tools, alongside a strong web analytics background working with customer data
* Working knowledge of desk research tools
* Comfortable being hands-on with data!
