Head of Performance Marketing - UK

Job Description

We are working with an innovative EdTech company that is on an exciting growth path and looking for a Head of Performance Marketing. This role will be responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing strategy with a specific focus on the UK market.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and prioritising marketing initiatives to feed into the overall marketing strategy for this region.
  • Explore and set up additional marketing and communication channels to drive growth.
  • Measure success along defined Metrics | KPI's and leverage insights ensuring continuous improvement.

You will have the following:

  • Completed degree in Marketing and Sales, Communication, or within a similar field.
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing, including hands-on experience with various digital advertising channels.
  • Experience working in a leadership position within the B2C environment.
  • Experience within an international environment and a go-to-market setting.
  • Have an analytical mind.
  • Hands-On mentality and drive to ensure implementation and overcome challenges independently.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial mindset.
