We are working with an innovative EdTech company that is on an exciting growth path and looking for a Head of Performance Marketing. This role will be responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing strategy with a specific focus on the UK market.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Defining and prioritising marketing initiatives to feed into the overall marketing strategy for this region.
- Explore and set up additional marketing and communication channels to drive growth.
- Measure success along defined Metrics | KPI's and leverage insights ensuring continuous improvement.
You will have the following:
- Completed degree in Marketing and Sales, Communication, or within a similar field.
- Strong expertise in performance marketing, including hands-on experience with various digital advertising channels.
- Experience working in a leadership position within the B2C environment.
- Experience within an international environment and a go-to-market setting.
- Have an analytical mind.
- Hands-On mentality and drive to ensure implementation and overcome challenges independently.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial mindset.
