I'm currently working with one of the most talked-about subscription-based luxury cosmetics companies in today's market, the business is the brainchild from the creator of several much loved and highly regarded high-street beauty products.
Over the past 24 months, the brand has seen a sharp rise in new customer subscriptions due to an outstanding social presence and using Facebook as their main acquisition channel. The brand is continuing to move into new markets and their US expansion promises to be game-changing in their growth over the next two years.
The Head of Paid Media is tasked with developing a data-focused and audience-led paid acquisition strategy to drive the brand's new customer acquisition and brand presence in the US whilst maintaining the UK marketing operation.
*Lead the in-house digital acquisition team (Paid Social, PPC, SEO, Affiliates and Referral Marketing)
*Drive new customer subscriptions with a primary focus using Paid Social, as a performance branding channel, managing high-monthly spend.
*Oversee and drive the growth strategy across all key acquisition team (Paid Social, PPC, SEO, Affiliates and Referral Marketing)
*Drive a data-led approach to performance marketing and close command of managing an overall blended CPA target
*Continuous optimisation & testing to ensure all spend drives incremental sales and eliminates as much inefficiency as possible
*Leverage insights from the analytics team on the most valuable audiences, to identify new prospecting groups
*Must be a hands-on technical expert for Facebook Ad Manager and Google Ads (Paid Search & YouTube), audience building, micro-conversion targeting and cost per acquisition optimisation
*Be proactive in driving paid media social content creation requirements, working closely with the brand and in-house studio team, in addition to highlighting insights and opportunities to repurpose organic social content for paid ads
*Expert practitioner of Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads for Paid Search & YouTube
*Subscription or membership based projects
*Management of multi-currency, multi-region campaigns
*US-specific growth experience would be desirable
*Management of multi-million-pound performance marketing budgets is essential
