Our client a leader in customer loyalty are urgently looking for a strong hands on analytical leader to manage the banking analytics team and build strong relationships with c-suite stakeholders.
You will need to have substantial experience of driving the analytics agenda for complex CRM programmes, in the Financial Services sector, including defining segments, KPIs, metrics and testing priorities that are aligned with business strategy.
Technical credibility to lead a team of expert Insight Analysts, grounded in a substantial history of hands-on analysis work, with experience of a range of database programming languages, statistics tools, data visualisation tools, CRM, marketing automation and cloud data platforms.
Substantial experience of generating well-argued commercial recommendations supported with evidence from internally generated data and external economic context.
Expert in presenting a data-driven story to senior clients in a structured, visual and engaging way that inspires interest and builds confidence in your recommendations.
