Ideally you will have a backgound in retail and familar with customer segmentation and customer lifetime value modelling, managed a team of 5 + analyst's.

You will be responsible & accountable for leading the Customer insights, analytics, and data engineering team. This will involve:

Leading and managing the insights and analytics team, together with managing relationships with external research and customer data analytics partners where required.

  • Delivering qualitative and quantitative insight into customer behaviours, attitudes, desires and demographics, helping to shape the customer strategy across a range of projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Solid people leader.
  • Commercial acumen, self-starter, and a creative flair.
  • Ability to shape teams and set them up for success.
  • Ability to champion the voice of your customer within the business to drive effective decision making and ensure all ideas and plans are anchored in clear customer insight.
  • Communication is core to this role, and you need to be brilliant at verbal and written, together with the ability to influence board level stakeholders.
  • You will often be responsible for looking at difference / and often complex problems, its your role to distill these messages, and ensure they are simple for all levels of the business to understand.
  • You will need to be highly analytical, so that you can correctly assess data and draw conclusions. Together with identifying consumer trend and patterns.
