About the role;
The company is going through a significant period of growth as they look to expand in new territories and expand with new B2B partnerships. As the Head of eCommerce, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team to drive profitably trade, grow and develop their eCommerce business on a global scale. Working cross-functionally with buying & merchandising, logistics, customer care and marketing teams. You will champion the digital and omnichannel customer across the business brands and stakeholder.
* Experience of leading a large, eCommerce team preferably in fashion and retail with high volume
* Strong commercial experience, deep understanding of revenue, margin, promotional and stock levers and an ability to react quickly
* International market experience
* A proven background in coaching, developing and inspiring an ambitious and talented team
