As a Head of Data , you will be working for a growing fintech who are looking to understand and increase customers, whilst boosting overall customer value. This company has extremely large datasets, with an extensive customer base therefore you must be comfortable working with big data and using SQL.
You will be working to optimise measurements by reporting on key growth drivers, delivering findings back to stakeholders. Part of your role will also involve providing insight regarding the effectiveness of marketing investment, as well as looking to lead thinking on pricing and strategies.

More specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:

Conducting A/B tests on product, product features and CRM communications
Regularly discussing your insights with stakeholders at all levels
Challenging the team's analysis to get the best understanding and value from the individual channels
Working with your colleagues to monitor and analyse how retention activity effects the current customer base
Looking at customer retention strategies for both long and short-term
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Senior Insight Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

Educated to a degree level in a STEM subject
Strong analytical experience in a commercial environment, having worked with large datasets
Proficiency in SQL
Experience visualising data using Tableau or power BI, Looker
Excellent knowledge and understanding of how to run A/B tests - preferably across both products and CRM communications
Experience with Segmentation and Regression.
Experience working with customer data across multiple channels (mainly digital), looking at retention, and preferably acquisition too
Experience working with operational teams, with significant ability to communicate insight to a non-technical background, including stakeholders at all levels
Proven experience working towards commercial objectives
Managed one or two Analyst's before would be advantageous.
