We are working with one of London's most attractive FinTech's who have built an award winning technology platform that has helped thousands of business secure funding. They are post series D funding and to date have raised hunders of millions of dollars to develop, build and scale a platform that is challenging the status quo in their space and helping to solve real life issue for business owners.
Their marketing team is rapidly growing, in little over 2 years it's gone from 2 to 15 and their current mission is to build a performance marketing team that will fundamentally change the way they reach their audience and drive new customer acquisition. They're looking for their first Head of Acquisition Marketing to bridge the gap between Manager / CMO and delivering growth of the Paid and Offline channels resulting in business growth, it's the first time they are looking to hire for this role and need a data-driven, analytically obsessed senior paid acquisition specialist who has experience in building, growing and scaling highly technical campaigns that delivers high figure growth.
*Lead the acquisition team responsible for all digital and offline acquisition channels
*Create digital / offline strategies to acquire new customers at target ROI
*Lead and grow all paid digital activity with a focus on PPC and Paid Social
*Lead and grow customer acquisition through Email Acquisition and Direct Mail
*Develop and implement processes that ensure thorough test and learn initiatives
*Investigate and implement other acquisition and lead generation opportunities
*Collaborate with Data, Tech and Product to innovate attribution, marketing analytics and lead generation
*Passionate about data-driven marketing and a proven background in delivering growth through paid and offline channels (PPC, Paid Social, Email etc)
*Ability to lead a team based on action, helping team members to develop their skillset and steer their thought process to 'bigger picture' thinking and data led decisions
*Excellent communication with the ability to translate complex data enforced idea's into acquisition strategies
*A clear understanding of the challenges other marketing teams face (Content, Brand, SEO etc)
*Start-up experience is highly desirable along with B2B experience
