GTM Sales Director - ANZ

About the GTM Sales Director:

This role will require the Renewables Go-to-market / Business Development Lead for Australia Market to possess collaborative leadership in a multinational and multicultural setting, and act as a self-starter working on the following tasks with a strong support function based out of APAC and EMEA.


You will:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on ROI and customer satisfaction for ANZ market

  • Conduct research to identify target customers and potential customer needs to develop pipeline and action plan

  • Promote the company's products/services by understanding clients needs and objectives.

  • Build a strong renewable team locally for Australia

  • Initiate, maintain, and cultivate strategic relationships to foster continuous long-term business support, partnerships and collaborative efforts.

  • Identify goals and deliverables with appropriate budgets for project opportunities


You have:

  • Bachelor Degree in STEM or equivalent

  • 8+ yrs hunting and farming Renewable Energy accounts with track record of success

  • Proven ability with strong focus on consistently achieving sales targets through consultative approach

  • Able to work effectively in a single contributor role and as part of a project team in a complex business environment.

  • IOT technical knowledge, a plus

  • Power and Renewable Energy O&M domain knowledge

  • Outstanding presentation and interpersonal communication skills across key stakeholders, from support to C-level
