About the Global Product Manager - Carbon Emissions:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technology and Software Product Manager to lead the development and commercialization of carbon management and emissions management solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of products and services that help organizations measure, manage, and reduce their carbon footprint and emissions.
Responsibilities:
Define and execute the product roadmap and strategy for carbon management and emissions management solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure the successful development and launch of products and services.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product development and positioning.
Identify and prioritize features and functionalities for the product roadmap, balancing technical feasibility, market needs, and business goals.
Define and monitor product performance metrics, including user engagement, customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and profitability.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and feedback, and incorporate them into the product roadmap and development process.
Monitor industry and regulatory developments related to carbon management and emissions management to ensure products and services are compliant and relevant.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, computer science, or business. An advanced degree is a plus.
10+ years of experience in product management in the technology and software industry, with a focus on commercial success and user adoption.
Familiarity with carbon management and emissions management solutions, including data analytics, reporting, and verification tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn customer needs and market trends into innovative product solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on delivering results.
