High Street Brand - Permanent Position
Our client is a global high street name based in central London and are currently looking for a senior leader in digital acquisition to deliver the global digital acquisition strategy and lead the execution across paid, owned and earned channels. The position is responsible for the leadership of digital acquisition teams, driving customer acquisition to digital products and offerings across the division.
*The Global Head of Digital Acquisition will be responsible for owning and delivering the digital acquisition road-map and lead digital marketing teams in its execution.
*Key driver in developing the digital acquisition teams' approach to a best in class paid, owned and earned strategy (PPC, SEO, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, Affiliates, CRM and Social) to acquire new customers to the business division.
*Crucial member in the senior digital leadership team to ensure data and analytics is leveraged to help develop an industry leading customer acquisition strategy across digital channels.
*Ensure the digital acquisition strategy is aligned with key business targets, ensuring revenue growth, customer acquisition and increasing lifetime value of the customer.
*Implement best practice across acquisition channels (PPC, SEO, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, Affiliates, CRM and Social) on a global scale, working with local markets to roll out their acquisition strategy.
*Lead on third party relationships including agencies, publishers, aggregators and DSP's to maintain the development of an 'always on' approach.
*Build relationships with numerous stakeholders in the Global team to allow change to happen with minimal friction.
*A proven track record in leading digital acquisition and performance marketing teams in a global business.
*Strong technical experience both strategic and executional in digital acquisition channels (PPC, SEO, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, Affiliates, CRM and Social)
*Confident in leading large-scale projects on a global level, amplifying success and deliver successful digital acquisition campaigns.
*Excellent knowledge and understanding on the digital landscape and the ability to maintain strong collaborative relationship with establish business partners including, agencies, partners and clients.
*Able to demonstrate a unique blend of technical hands on digital acquisition experience with a strategic commercial acumen.
