Global Client Account Director

Exciting opportunity for you to take advantage of. One of the world's biggest communication companies is currently looking for a Global Client Account Director who will have his focus on 2 luxury clients.

/Owns the response to the client, and runs the teams delivering the outputs.
/Responsible for aligning global teams to deliver client requirements, whilst ensuring we are delivering data driven, customer centric thinking
/Support strategic development to align work streams to client expectations in driving the Marketing model
/Partnering with the global brand agencies and alongside production teams to build relationships and support better understanding of requirements
/Responsible for managing and responding to Marketing Operations requirements to drive, track and report on transformation with focus on adaptation of global campaigns, in partnership with regional network leads
/Responsible for client liaison/stakeholder management, identifying opportunities to build our data driven response
/Develops and delivers initiatives aligned to the transformation agenda (such as DCO for example) that will support best practice for Regions and for Countries
/Works together with media agencies and other client disciplines to deliver programmes of work as required
/ Runs the continuous improvement process
/Builds strong and efficient team
/ Responsible for growth planning, financials and statements of work: opportunity identification, forecasting, profitability

/proven experience in client services with a track record in brand, digital, social and data-driven marketing projects and delivering new models for clients
/independent and truly channel agnostic thinker, who knows our business very well across the different silos of creative, media, CRM, social, ux and others, to be able to connect the dots and truly think customer journey centric.
/Broad understanding of areas such as: web analytics, personalization, search, customer journey analysis, A/B-testing, programmatic, rich media
/Strong know-how in how to build brands and creative platforms, strategically and across both narrative and experiences
/A rapid learner with the ability to simplify complexity
/A hands-on team player, used to motivating, coaching and managing teams from within, happy to get their hands dirty and to collaborate closely with HQ, region, markets, SMEs and other agency teams
/A strong communicator, negotiator and influencer who's opinion will be heard and who is forceful enough to drive the change to put data at the core of operations
/Experience in working in or leading Global/Local operating models
/Solid writing and speaking skills in English
