Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of the customers' Developer Portal (Backstage).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Ansible Automates Platform.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers on best practices and methodologies.
- Configure and manage GitLab repositories for version control and continuous integration/deployment workflows.
- Implement and optimize patterns for EKS to enhance scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth operation of platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying Backstage Developer Portals.
- Strong proficiency in Ansible for automation and orchestration tasks.
