Due to continued success and exciting growth plans we are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who has worked in the Recruitment sector. Xcede is one of the fastest growing digital recruitment companies in Europe. We work with some of the most exciting companies in the Creative, Technology, Marketing and Data fields and have been recognised by the Sunday Times 100 best small companies to work for in the UK and top 25 small employers in London for 2018 and 2019. Our business has just gone through a VC backed merger. We are now part of a 300 person staffing group with seven offices around the world.

Key responsibilities:

Provide EA support to the CEO/CFO and COO as and when required, to include:
*Travel bookings
*Accommodation reservations
*Diary management
*Meeting management
*Meeting room bookings

Additional responsibilities:

*Deliver and support the above team with multiple projects.
*Assist the board with the preparation of monthly board information for board reports.
*Ensure that weekly forecasting is obtained from all practice leads on a weekly basis and provided to group finance.
*Should manage the office receptionist and provide support to the role to cover sickness and holiday.

Desired skills:

*Should be a strong communicator, both in written and oral form. Communication should encompass good listening skills and presentation skills.
*Must have experience as an Executive Assistant in the recruitment sector.
*Should be a competent user of MS Office, specifically MS Word and Powerpoint.
*Highly organised and capable of delivering multiple conflicting tasks in parallel against differing deadlines.
*Should be capable of determining the order that tasks need to take and delivering against them in a sensible process.
*Must be capable of managing and motivating the receptionist within the business to ensure all reception duties are delivered to a high standard.
