Our client who is leading marketing platform based in London are urgently looking for an Email and CRM Manager to join their team.
Manage the Group Email Marketing Campaigns
Develop, plan, execute and optimize (through AB testing) CRM campaigns using email communications to meet business goals
Define and execute strategies to acquire new leads
Work cross-functionally with the Divisional teams to achieve joint goals
Partner with systems and business operations teams to ensure the accuracy of audience targeting, list pulls, data and to troubleshoot marketing platform issues
Partner with the creative team to support the execution of email marketing programs
Grow and define the Affiliate Marketing Program
Define a reporting structure to regular report and track towards campaign and business goals
Garner insights and document best practices from previous campaigns so that we can continually learn and improve future campaign performance.
Evangelise Email best practices across the business and organise meetings with external vendors to share market best practices.
Ensure all practices align with GDPR requirements
Conduct competitor and market analysis to learn from industry best practices and apply to campaigns
Assess, evaluate, and troubleshoot CRM/marketing data, tools, and processes to support the development of scalable marketing automation programs
Key Skills/ Experience
A self-starter who has a natural 'can do' attitude
Team player but also able to act independently
Substantial experience building, coding, optimizing, and deploying email campaigns.
B2C or Tech industry experience preferred but not required.
Hands-on experience with major email marketing automation software (Sailthru, Campaign Monitor or similar platform strongly preferred)
Experience in Affiliate Marketing is preferred but not mandatory. If the candidate has other key skills this responsibility shouldn't be a problem.
Solid understanding of email fundamentals: GDPR, list management, deliverability, segmentation, KPIs.
Up-to-date understanding of Data Protection guidelines
Email copywriting experience
Strong analytical skills (particularly within Excel and SQL) and ability to use data to optimize.
Good understanding of HTML/CSS coding
Ability to quickly build relationships with other teams across the company and proven experience communicating with a variety of stakeholders, both internally and externally to ensure campaign support and success
High attention to detail and time management skills.
The ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks at one time
Bachelor's degree required
