Location - Munich

This is a unique opportunity to join an exciting B2B SaaS company, with a large European presence, who are looking to grow at an exponential level. Working closely together with the SVP and an excellent team of experts in their field, they are seeking someone who can take the company to the next level.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing small teams as they will be responsible for managing and leading the Customer Success team. They will be responsible for looking after their high-value existing clients and will have a real impact when building the strategy and shaping the company for the future.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and developing the Customer Success Team
  • Improve customer retention and drive the improvement of customer experience
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance and Data teams
  • Define and execute strategy and KPI's to shape the future of the company and continue to internationalise and grow their client base

Your Profile:

  • Multiple years of experience (5+) in a Customer Success/Account Management position
  • Previous experience in a B2B SaaS business
  • Multiple years of experience in managing a team (5+) and proven ability to manage managers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and German language skills are highly advantageous
