Join this leading health tech business based in London. They're looking for a Director of analysis to lead and shape their product, Insight, engineering analytics team!
What you will need to have:
Must have experience of working for a start up and built a team for the ground up.
Experience in leading a data & analytics team ideally at a large company
Experience in consolidating disparate BI functions, building teams and developing capability
Excellent quantitative skills and an ability to inspire confidence in data-driven decision making
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills with experience working across multiple divisions within an organisation
Dynamic, strong interpersonal and team-building skills -ability to work with a diverse team and influence/drive change across functional and business boundaries
Experience in managing the delivery of machine learning projects end-to-end: identifying business opportunities, managing the build and deployment, helping embed solutions into business workflows
Significant experience in delivering effective operational dashboards end-to-end: identifying opportunities and requirements, manging the build and roll out
Experience working with and knowledge of modern data architectures, infrastructure and tools (especially Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Tableau)
Direct experience with development (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau etc.), both in a management and execution capacity

Significant data analysis abilities
Experience with SQL, VBA and BI tools, or other relevant alternatives
Relevant business experience within an analytical environment
Great communication skills
Drive to deliver results
Strong organisational skills resulting in effective delivery
