Digital Work Place Lead

OKTA, G-suite, Google applications, ServiceNow

Digital Workplace - technologies and services and that enable new ways of collaborating and the adoption of consumer oriented working practices to improve engagement and efficiency. My client are going through huge digital transformation and are rolling out G-Suite globally plus a range of cloud solutions including Okta, ServiceNow, Slack, UEM and a number of other Digital Workplace technologies required to support a fully enabled digital business.

Candidates should have:
● A minimum of ten years of experience in Technology, with at least three years working hands-on with Digital Workplace technologies
● Strong technical knowledge as well as good communication and collaboration skills
● Hands-on experience with implementing and supporting multiple Digital Workplace technologies and services including G-Suite
● Experience in managing a team of internal and/or external resources to deliver Technology services to internal business clients
● Delivered a global SOE for Windows and MacOS users
● Managed deployment and harvesting of licences in an EUC environment
● Experience with migrating users to Chromebooks
● Experience in managing Mac ecosystems
● Experience with migrating from legacy Client Management Tools to Unified Endpoint Management tools.

Required Knowledge and Skills:
● A sound technical understanding of the technologies within scope of the role including subject matter expertise in some areas and working knowledge of others
● Business acumen and the ability to understand and communicate how digital technologies help to deliver improved business outcomes
● Familiarity with Agile Service Management
● Preferable - Experience within the media/publishing industry. Or similar experience across digital landscape
● Demonstrated influence, communication, presentation and facilitation skills
● Preferable - Experience of people management and in developing a new team to deliver Technology services
● Migration from on-premise and/or legacy tools to cloud solutions
● Oversight of training for end users
● Managing support services provided by 3rd party vendors and coordinating support across different levels
