Digital Transformation, Project Manager

Job Description

Client: An International IT Digital Transformation Company and IT Consulting via SaaS, Cloud & Top Tier ERP Solutions

This is a new position that demands you to demonstrate your pre-sales and project management skills, as well as a solid understanding of the newest digital technologies and architectures. You will be in charge of managing digital transformation projects while also contributing technical and business know-how in solutioning based on company requirements.


  • Manage a portfolio of technological solutions that assist clients enhance their process efficiencies through digitalization.

  • Provide project leadership and execution support with cross-functional task forces to realize client's digital vision and journey.

  • Ensure projects are delivered according to scope, budget, timeline and align to the business long term digital initiative.

  • Ensure timely and cost-effective IT application solution deployment.

  • Engage with internal sales, clients' management, IT, business units, and corporate operation teams in devising the technology solutioning.

  • Partner with internal sales team to follow through the sale leads and opportunities process, while ensuring client's proposals fulfill their needs in transforming their business operation and technology.

  • Passion in solving business challenges and problems. Keen in continuously researching and learning latest technology trends in market.


  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required.

  • At least 6-8 years full-time project management experience in diverse digitalization initiatives is required.


  • Prior experience working on digital transformation projects, such as cross-platform technology stacks, application realization and modernization, cloud operating model and transformation, API strategy/management, sophisticated data analytics, and so on.

  • Extensive experience directing cross-functional national and international initiatives

  • Thorough understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies.

  • Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent analytical and intellectual abilities, as well as strong writing, communication, and digital literacy skills.

  • Project management qualifications, such as the PMP, are preferred.

  • Outstanding oral and written communication abilities

  • Must be fluent in English and Chinese.
