The ideal candidate for this role would have a combination of robust digital technical project management and coordination skills, an understanding of the media and digital marketing space, and a natural flair for written communication.
You will be a part of the EMEA team responsible for delivering the technology that drives the marketing platform across a number of markets. Your primary goal would be to ensure the various teams deliver the platform and data for the apps to plan and scope, so that they can be operational in every EMEA market.

Key responsibilities
*Maintain the project plan, and communicating this to all members of the wider EMEA project team
oEnsure that the teams meet key delivery objectives
oSupport the Engineering Team scrum master to unblock any impediments
oTrack and report on progress, proactively finding solutions to any delays or issues that might occur
*Working closely with the global delivery team in the US to align with the Global project & comms plan
oMaintain and execute a regular communication plan for major stakeholders to keep them informed about the status and risks in the rollout of additional applications
*Supporting the Partner Success team within 40+ EMEA markets
oEnsure they have all the resources in place to enable the apps to be operational
oEnsure the app readiness tasks are prioritised and aligned to local market rollout timings
*Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to identify all requirements needed to be fulfilled for an app to be operational


Must have skills
*Significant commercial experience delivering complex digital projects (agency or client-side) using both Agile Scrum and Waterfall (minimum 7 years)
*Proven track record of complex stakeholder management, particularly across multiple markets/regions
*Adept user of Microsoft Project and Excel
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Some experience of client-facing written communication is essential.
*Collaborative and able to work across and direct different teams as needed

Nice to have skills
*Project management certifications (eg CSM, PMP etc) would be a bonus.
*Understanding of products and services in data-driven marketing ecosystem
*Any experience in producing marketing materials would be a huge advantage
