Xcede are working with one of the UK's leading communications agencies. Having offices all over the UK and Dubai, they are looking to bring on a Digital Content Manager to join our Digital Support Team in London (city area).
Being the first point of contact for website client and being responsible for real time responses to strengthen the digital support desk. This position will entail end to end management for all incoming telephone and email requests as part of the team and provide proactive content management support.
Manage incoming requests and queries
Prioritise requests and meet response times in line with SLA's
Troubleshoot technical/CMS issues and coordinate with development team to resolve
Provide CMS training and guidance.
Ensuring clients' websites and applications are kept up to date
Monitor news flow for listed clients and offer real time recommendations for website support or associated services such as digital consultancy.
Management of key financial reporting events
Clearly define client procedure in advance of key reporting dates
Action required regulatory website updates in a timely and accurate manner
Prior experience managing websites and other digital communications tools
Knowledge of Content Management Systems: Umbraco and Wordpress
Understanding of the financial markets and IR industry
Knowledge of SEO/Google Analytics/Google Webmaster Tools
