The successful candidate will be using their passion for human centred digital experiences to translate complex business requirements into solid successful solutions. You will be as comfortable leading workshops to identifying business issues as you will be collaborating with stakeholders to define scope, prioritise stories and maximise business value.
On a daily basis, you will lead internal teams and work hand-in-hand with clients, delivering a better product through evidence-based research. As this is a new hire of the time, you will be playing a key role in the project and development lifecycle; from requirements capture and design through to QA and delivery. A large part of the role is gathering and documenting business requirements for complex digital projects, informing how you write a functional specification. You will also be planning and leading workshops and training sessions (internally and with clients) for requirements and business process capture.
What we need from you:
*Min 5 years commercial experience working as a BA - Sorry, background from a large bank will not be suitable for this role
*Exceptional experience working across multiple digital projects
*Thorough understanding of UX and UI principles and the ability to create detailed wireframes, IA structures, and user flows
*Have experience working on Agile and Waterfall projects
*You must have examples of successful past projects in collaboration with a combination of client marketing and engineering teams
