Digital Analytics Manager

Hybrid or remote

Up to £78k

Xcede have partnered with a leading e-commerce site which has millions of users globally, including the Australian, American, British and Indian markets.

This is the perfect chance to step up and learn from the best, you will get the chance to have the balance of being hands on with the data and manage your own team.

Your main responsibilities include turning click stream data into actionable insight, transforming and optimising the product experience and marketing performance. You will define and implement new KPIs, metrics, dimensions, dashboards, and overall capabilities that keep Digital Analytics at the heart of the business.

You will also get to work with stakeholders at all levels to understand their business questions and identify how you and your team can answer these questions.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

  • A/B or MVT testing
  • Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Tag Management tools (preferably Google Tag Manager)
  • Strong communicator with compelling presentation skills
  • Experience in an eCommerce environment
