Digital Analytics Lead
Up to £60k
Xcede are excited to be partnering with one of the largest rail companies in the UK.
You will lead all analysis and insights across customer facing online channels in order to maximise commercial returns and customer experience and providing clear direction for strategic decision making and optimisation of the experience and digital performance.
Collaborate on and play vital role in Google Analytics 360 (and G4) reporting and working with the Digital Insight Partner.
You will also present findings regularly to internal and external stakeholders to ensure common understanding of performance and opportunities to improve. As well as providing insight for improving efficiency and cost saving opportunities the business may have.
Key skills/experience required:
- Advanced knowledge and experience of digital analytics tools for all digital channels including web, Apps, social, and email.
- Reporting Google Analytics 360, ideally Google Optimise and potentially Google Tag Manager
