Deputy Product Support Team Leader - Resolutions of incidence reporting - SQL (Querying Databases) - Data Analysis - Business Intelligence - Web Applications
Xcede are exciting to be partnering with a significantly growing Fintech organisation who specialise in assisting organisations to diversify in the banking/financial services industry! The deputy product support team leader will be the key person in the business to help rectify/fix any IT related issues internally in the business.
This position will also involve assisting the company in aspects such as Data Analysis and Business Intelligence insights to help grow the business.
Required Skills (at least 3 of the following):
*SQL (Querying Databases)
*Improving the internal IT support processors
*Supporting cloud systems
*Technical Monitoring and automating processors
*Developing and improving the internal support processors
*Diagnosing web application issues that are run on linux
*Engaging with key stakeholders in the business to ensure the support platform is maintained
*Facilitate technical and functional discussions
