Amazing opportunity to join this fast growing loyalty business based in London as a Data & Insights Manager.
As a Data & Insights Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and enhancing our data and insight capability.
You'll be a key point of contact for internal contacts and external partners for BI, analytics & reporting. You'll be working in a small team, as part of the Data & Insights Group, which sits in the Tech part of the organisation.
They're looking for someone who is a problem solver and has commercial experience in data/BI/reporting/customer Insights analytics; someone who is fluent in SQL and Python with some PowerBI skills; and someone who can ingest
business requests and use data to deliver meaningful insights in a fast-paced commercial environment.
You will need to have:
Degree or higher in Maths, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science or similar
highly numerate subject.
1+ years of experience in managing other team members in a formal or informal capacity.
3+ years of experience doing data mining, quantitative and statistical analysis.
Proficient in using query languages such as SQL.
Knowledge of data visualisation fundamentals.
Experience of visualisation tools like Tableau, Qlikview etc.
Consumer business, retail, loyalty, e-commerce, media, marketing, mobile, digital industry.
Good commercial acumen and understanding of how to link business objectives to data KPIs
and project briefs.
Great communicator - ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear,
precise and actionable manner.
Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills.
