I'm working with an exciting FinTech Startup in Central London who are looking for a Customer Support Associate to join them on a temp to perm basis.
This role will be providing support to the millions on customer who use their app, to resolve any queries they may have.
We are looking for someone with great communication skills both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail. You will need to use your problem-solving skills on a day to day basis.
