Xcede are partnered with a Gartner leading Pre-IPO cybersecurity vendor, focused within Network Security. Following the increasing demand we are seeing within EMEA they are looking to continue to build out their customer success team.
As the Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for running a handful of large enterprise and major accounts across the UK region.
Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor to the client by understanding their business needs and organisational structure
Work with the technical teams to ensure successful deployments of the solution
Create and run QBRs with clients to ensure they are utilising the solution fully
Product reports of findings from the solution
Requirements:
4+ years experience within customer success or technical account management
Experience within IOT or Network Security
Knowledge of cloud technologies
Ability to travel across the region
