About the Customer Success Director - APAC:


Leading an existing team of APAC based Customer Success Managers and Technical Account Managers and with a remit to grow the team size across the region, you will take ownership of the strategic direction of the customer journey from onboarding to renewal. Your leadership skills and ability to collaborate across multiple departments will be key to your success in this role.


Responsibilities:


* Recruit and manage an existing team of CSMs and TAMs in APAC

* Collaborate to improve and develop best practices, KPIs, and strategies for customer account retention, expansion, adoption, and advocacy

* Drive adoption and ensure successful implementations

* Devise and implement a strategy to build strong relationships with key customers across the region, learning their business needs and objectives

* Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales and Post-Sales teams to provide regular progress reports on Customer relationships and opportunities to improve performance

* Share customer feedback with Product teams and lead the team to gather high-level technical requirements for bespoke solutions and services

Experience:


* Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing a team of Customer Success Managers, Technical Account Managers, Enablement Managers in a SaaS company

* Interest in cutting edge technology covering Cybersecurity, bonus for AppSec

* Experience of working/managing Regional markets, covering APAC or ASEAN.
