Our client who is a leading retailer based in London are looking for strong Insight Analyst/manager to join their customer analytics team.
You will Lead the online day to day management of the CRM database consisting of new upgrades, project developments, budget, data mining and third party integrations.
Build relationships with third party supplier to improve project management and communication skills.
Leading the delivery of all analysis and understanding of datasets to identify trends, patterns and anomalies.
Work closely with the Direct/Brand marketing team to help monitor KPI's,Develop deep understanding of our customer segments shopping behaviours to answer key business challenges/opportunities.
You will work closely with their senior CRM manager to define and deliver our CRM roadmap, propose recommendations.
You will need to have experience of working with transactional databases that's a must. Strong stakeholder management experience. Excellent customer Insight skills.
