Our client who is a leading retailer based in London is looking for an Insight Analyst to join their analytics team.

The role:
Analyse the various demographics of each customer and based on your analysis decide which customers to target with which offer.
Asses the impact on which your offers are having and based on the campaign results make recommendations on how to drive performance by making improved data driven decisions.
Run and manage regular reporting and post-campaign analysis for all campaigns, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations from this, so that the business are always continuing to evolve and improve the work they do.
Work closely with other Marketing colleagues and help develop new programmes using appropriate analytical and statistical techniques, software and data sources to develop models of customer behaviour as foundations for these campaigns.

Key Skills / Experience required:

The ability to programe using one of the following languages. Python, R, SAS or SQL.
Experience with and knowledge of database structures and relational databases.
Experience of managing stakeholders at various levels.
Excellent communicator with the ability to explain complex analytical techniques to non-technical audiences in a clear and positive manner
A graduate preferably with a broad numerical & analytical background.
Commercial experience (1 - 3 years ideally or Internship / industrial Placement) applying analytical techniques (statistical/marketing/campaign) to provide data driven insight.
