This international media company work with some of the biggest names in the British press, as well as many leading regional outlets, and have a combined readership of almost 50 million. They are looking to hire a Customer Insight Analyst to help them improve their client's understanding of their users.
THE ROLE
The successful Customer Insight Analyst can expect to be involved in the following:
Working on analytics projects including customer lifestyle management, customer segmentation and profiling, churn analysis, ROI and customer lifetime value
Drive data-led decision making within the company and communicate insights to less technical audiences
Conducting post-campaign analysis and analysis of CRM data
Providing the business with key insights and performance indicators on readership, usage and engagement
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Customer Insight Analyst will have:
Experience in a similar position (with prior experience in print media being highly desirable)
Proven experience of using SQL to code
Advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of a data visualisation tool such as Tableau
Excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non technical audiences
A strong academic background in a STEM field
