Responsibilities:

Utilise in-house and third-party data to deliver actionable insights
Contribute to the optimisation of website
Understand customer behavior and identify opportunities to maximise customer loyalty
Work collaboratively to solve complex business problems
Ensure that all data is accurate and of quality through data manipulation


Requirements:
2+ years in an analytical environment
Proven ability with either Google Analytics
Strong SQL capability
Knowledge of data visualisation tools
Excellent experience in presenting actionable insights that improve the business
Strong commercial acumen alongside a hands-on attitude
Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders across the business
A passion for customer analytics
