Xcede's Data team are working alongside a successful retail company looking for an 'Analytics Manager' to join their Customer Analytics team. This is a company that had over £50 billion in revenue last year, and is a very data driven company.

This role is for someone who is happy to lead a team, as well as be hands on in analysing customer behaviour. The analytical work will involve modelling and advanced analytics in order to provide actionable customer insight. You will also be managing a few senior analysts.

The role;
-Managing and lead a team of analysts
-Provide customer insight that will ad value and is actionable to the company
-Meeting with non-technical stakeholders to present the insight

What do you need?
-Experience managing or leading a small team
-Experience of good stakeholder management
-Advanced SQL skills
-Experience using R, Python or SAS
