What will you be doing?
-Help lead the companies optimisation offering, managing the end-to-end process
-Identify optimisation opportunities, define road-maps, run A/B and MVT tests, analyse results and deliver insights to senior stakeholders
-Collaborate with analysts, designers, developers, product management to implement the optimisation strategy
What do you need?
-2+ years' experience in optimisation / CRO
-A/B and MVT testing experience
-Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics experience
-Maxymiser, Optimizely, Google Optimize or Adobe Target experience
-Excellent stakeholder management skills
-E-commerce experience is highly desirable
