This is an opportunity to join a huge retailer who are looking for a CRM Manager to join their expanding team. In this role, you will have 3 direct reports. You will have the opportunity to drive strategic growth within the CRM lifecycle.
You will be working in a fast-moving industry with an established CRM team to work with. There is plenty of opportunity for growth, whilst also being given independence and ownership in order to show innovation.
-Drive strategy within all CRM activities
-Implement CRM activities using the new marketing automation tool of the company
-Deliver a top-quality customer loyalty program in order to increase retention
-Using data and other sources, deliver insight for future CRM activity, including segmentation
-Deliver post campaign analysis on marketing campaigns both weekly and monthly.
What do you need?
-Experience of with line management of 2
-Interest for retail industry
-Experience with CRM and email marketing
-Experience in implement CRM strategy
