This is an incredible opportunity to work for a very popular online retailer. The business have a huge presence in the market, and popularity extends worldwide. This company has a revenue of over £1.5 billion, so there is lots of opportunities to work with a large customer database on many campaigns.

This is a new role, due to expansion within the CRM team, and will continue to look at engagement, retention and conversation of customers. This is a chance to work in a fast-paced environment and showcase your strong management skills.

The role;
-Executive CRM activities
-Own the whole email communication and marketing programme
-Collect and use data for segmentation purposes
-Drive strategic change within CRM
-Report on performance using KPI's

What do you need?
-Experience with CRM marketing including emails as well as other channels
-Experience with loyalty schemes
-Interest in fast paced retail industry
-Strong analytical skills
