This is a new role, due to expansion within the CRM team, and will continue to look at engagement, retention and conversation of customers. This is a chance to work in a fast-paced environment and showcase your strong management skills.
-Executive CRM activities
-Own the whole email communication and marketing programme
-Collect and use data for segmentation purposes
-Drive strategic change within CRM
-Report on performance using KPI's
What do you need?
-Experience with CRM marketing including emails as well as other channels
-Experience with loyalty schemes
-Interest in fast paced retail industry
-Strong analytical skills
