Our client who is very well known in the media space are looking for a CRM Manager to join their analytics team.
This role sits in a busy team of insights analysts and digital marketeers working across a portfolio of different product offerings.
You will be responsible for ensuring CRM strategy and data is at the heart of everything they do, from clarifying what data fields we should be targeting and how they can capture them, to analysing existing data sets to setting up AB tests all driven by helping the business more efficiently meet its key KPIs: Customer Engagement and Revenue. This will suit someone that is quite entrepreneurial and has good analytical skills.
Experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics Teams.
CRM or eCRM and Strategy experience with Python proficiency. A flair in quickly grasping new datasets.
Experience in setting up and evaluating AB tests and feeding this data into business change.
An understanding in data engineering
Excellent communications skills, notably in putting the value of the data into the vernacular for a non-technical audience.
Strong data visualisation skills, including knowledge of self-serve tools like Tableau or similar.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and change.
