-Take a lead in all CRM activity within the business
-Oversee all communication and marketing channels aimed at customers, especially email campaigns
-Using data, deliver insight on segmentation in order to increase retention
-Take ownership of the content calendar ensuring campaigns are delivered on time
-Weekly and monthly reports on KPI's
What do you need?
-Experience with CRM and email marketing
-Experience of loyalty marketing and customer retention
-An ability to implement CRM strategy
