This is an exclusive opportunity to join an award-winning Fintech has a 'CRM Manager'. In this role you will own all CRM activity within the company whilst managing customer marketing campaigns to increase customer acquisition and retention.

The role:
-Create the CRM strategy to increase customer acquisition and retention
-Weekly and monthly reports on marketing metrics
-Work with key business stakeholders to create a customer strategy
-Lead all CRM activity within the business

What do you need?
-Experience with CRM and email marketing
-Experience of loyalty marketing and customer retention
-An ability to implement CRM strategy
-Managerial experience
