-Create the CRM strategy to increase customer acquisition and retention
-Weekly and monthly reports on marketing metrics
-Work with key business stakeholders to create a customer strategy
-Lead all CRM activity within the business
What do you need?
-Experience with CRM and email marketing
-Experience of loyalty marketing and customer retention
-An ability to implement CRM strategy
